Training time is every Tuesday and Thursday:
Tuesday
Braintree Family Dragons 7pm to 8pm
Senior Class 8pm to 9:30pm
Thursday
Juniors 7.15 to 8.15pm for juniors and
Seniors 7.15 to 8.30pm. Last 30 minutes is Sparring practice.
